HVAC Duct Systems

Our highly skilled staff designs, draws, does lay out and installs all components of your ductwork system, including rectangular/square duct, round/oval spiral duct, and associated equipment and accessories. We have completed projects in a variety of areas including medical, professional, military, institutional and educational.

Estimating

Our estimating department can turn projects around very quickly, depending on size. The estimate will be a fair and competitive estimate based on information provided. We will provide a detailed scope so there are no “holes left uncovered.”

Drafting and BIM Coordination

Our drafting department is well versed in software that includes a suite of AutoDesk products, Trimble Products, NavisWorks, and Revit. They produce our shop drawings in 3D and 2D formats, identifying potential conflicts before items are installed. This department has an extensive technical background, including education in mechanical engineering and architecture that aids them in coordinating with other disciplines.

Industrial Work

The Industrial group is able to design, fabricate and install a variety of industrial items including handrail/guardrail, stairs, platforms and catwalks. We also work with facilities to help them set equipment as well as repairing/replacing all types of conveyors and covers. The Industrial group has been working in the pet care and pet food industry for over 40 years. We work with all sorts of material including stainless steel, aluminum, black iron (both cold rolled and hot rolled), and galvanized. This group has also done work for the military, various partners in the food and beverage space, the oil and gas industry and the mining and manufacturing space. 

installation

Our installation crews handle all aspects of installation including setting equipment, installing ductwork, installing ductwork accessories and will do it in on time and in a professional manner. Our Project Managers of construction will assist in the design and layout of your system and will identify problems and conflicts before installation starts. They will work safely and professionally to install your system so it works as designed. We have completed projects in a variety of areas including manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, educational, military, office/professional, restaurant, hospitality and the cannabis/CBD industry.
